How do I search for hotels?
Ask in chat: the city, your dates and how many guests. Results come back as cards, and opening one shows the photos, the map, the rooms and what each rate includes.
What is the cancellation policy?
Every rate sets its own, and it is shown on the room before you book and again on the booking afterwards. Rates that can be cancelled free are marked in green on the result card.
How do I cancel a stay?
Open the booking under Hotels and choose to cancel. Before you confirm we show the property’s charge and exactly what will be refunded. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded.
Are taxes and fees included in the price?
The price on a result card includes taxes, and the full total is shown again before you pay. Some properties collect a city tax or a resort fee at the desk; where they do, it is listed on the room.
How do I check in?
The property, its address and your booking reference are on the booking under Hotels. Show that and the lead guest’s ID at the front desk.
