How do I search for flights?
Tell the assistant in chat, the way you would tell a person: "Doha to Rome on 12 March, one adult." It searches and brings the options back as cards you can open. There is no search form to fill in.
Can I choose a seat and add bags?
Yes. Once you have picked a flight and entered the passenger details, the extras step shows the seat map and the bags that airline sells on that fare. Both are priced into the total you approve before paying.
How do I cancel a flight?
Open the flight under Flights and choose to cancel. Whether the fare allows it, what the airline keeps and what comes back to you are all shown before you confirm. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded.
Can I change my dates or a passenger name?
You may be able to change the date or the cabin, where the airline allows it. Open the flight under Flights and choose Edit flight: it shows the price of the change before you confirm or, for some bookings, lets you pick a new flight and emails you the airline's quote to accept within 24 hours. If a booking cannot be changed in the app, it tells you so and points you to our support team. Passenger names cannot be changed in the app. Contact us and we will do what the airline allows, which usually carries its own fee.
Where is my ticket?
Your booking reference and every leg of the journey are on the flight under Flights. We also email the ticket once the airline has issued it.
